Apartment and condo moves often depend on building access. Let us know about stairs, elevators, parking and loading areas, and check if you need to reserve the elevator.
Large or heavy items
Mention pianos, safes, appliances, sectionals, large tables, gym equipment and other unusually heavy items. Photos and access details help us confirm whether we can move them.
Use photos to make the quote clearer
Up to five optional photos can be added to a quote request. Useful photos show oversized furniture, stairs, hallways, elevators or loading areas. You do not need to photograph every box.
Photos help us understand shape, scale and access. Include a brief inventory such as “two-bedroom apartment, sectional, two beds, TV and around 20 boxes.”
How residential pricing works
Local residential moves
Moves under 50 km use the published hourly crew rates. A three-hour minimum applies, return travel is billable, stairs add $15 per billable hour, and 5% GST applies. Fuel is included.

Moves of 50 km or more receive a custom quote based on origin, destination, load, date, access and special requirements.

- Ask about furniture disassembly or reassembly in advance; it is not included in the base moving rate.
